This honey pail filter is designed to work a couple of different ways. You can use with 5 gallon bottling pail, by placing the bag in the pail and pour the honey into it while gently pulling the bag up and out. Secondly, you can put a honey gate in the 5 gallon bottling pail, fix the bucket filter in the upper part of the pail and pour honey through the bag and bottle the strained honey. Pair it with the ultimate uncapping system.
